Return Policy

At Sahil Plastic, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, in the wrong size, or in the wrong colour, we're happy to assist with a replacement.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong size delivered
• Wrong colour delivered
• Product received is damaged or defective

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Not liking the design or colour
• Ordering the wrong product
• Minor colour differences due to screen settings
• Used or washed products
• Products without original packaging

Replacement Policy

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a replacement will be shipped, subject to product availability.

Sahil Plastic does not provide refunds.
