Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

Eligible products or promotional campaigns may qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If the package cannot be delivered because of customer unavailability or an incorrect shipping address, it may be returned to Sahil Plastic.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or contains missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photos of the parcel

• Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
